2. Return period and conditions for accepting returns
Subject to the provisions set out in this Return and Refund Policy, sellers on swissverra.shop offer returns for most items within 7 days of delivery. After the return period has expired, we will not accept returns for any reason. Your statutory rights against the seller remain unaffected.
General Terms of Use for Seller Marketplace Platform
- Order Confirmation and Payment:
- All sellers use product funds to purchase goods directly from suppliers. Upon successful delivery to the customer, sellers receive 25% of the total profit per order.
- Order Processing Timeframe:
- All sellers must complete order processing within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Transaction Currency:
- As a cross-border e-commerce platform, all transactions are processed in Swiss francs (CHF)
- Age and Real-Name Verification:
- Sellers must be at least 18 years old and complete real-name verification. Subsequent platform withdrawals require fund transfers based on the verified name.
